Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the BuildSignal AZ website, territory tests, and private project-research workspaces. Separate written pilot or customer terms control when they conflict with these website terms.
Commercial research, not a guaranteed lead
BuildSignal organizes public project records, applies fit reasoning, identifies unknowns, and recommends verification actions. It does not guarantee project availability, vendor access, contact, response, quote, award, revenue, timing, or completeness.
The standard service does not send sales messages, make calls, or contact project businesses on a customer's behalf. Any future managed-outreach service would require separate written scope, authorization, compliance controls, and pricing.
Verification responsibility
Government and other public sources control their own records and update schedules. Users must review the linked source, confirm current facts, and use lawful professional judgment before contacting a company, visiting a site, quoting work, or making a business decision.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not submit consumer, payment, confidential, or sensitive data.
- Do not attempt to bypass protected operator or client access.
- Do not misrepresent a candidate record as a confirmed contract.
- Do not scrape, republish, resell, or redistribute private workspace content.
Free territory tests and paid pilots
A territory-test request is not a purchase, enrollment, or promise that five suitable candidates exist. BuildSignal first evaluates supported source coverage. Any paid pilot requires separate written terms and payment instructions; the public website does not create an automatic subscription or renewal.
The published $50 offer is an introductory starting price for the first 30-day pilot. The written pilot terms define the included service profile, territory, delivery scope, and any later pricing.
Accounts and workspace access
Private workspaces are assigned to specific authenticated accounts. Users are responsible for maintaining control of their sign-in and notifying BuildSignal if access should be removed. Access may be limited or suspended to protect records, users, or the service.
Ownership and source rights
Government-source records remain subject to the rights and terms of their issuing authorities. BuildSignal's selection, organization, scoring, commentary, software, and private workflow materials may not be copied or commercially redistributed without permission.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Source outages, incomplete records, software failures, or review delays may occur. To the extent permitted by law, BuildSignal is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on a candidate record or an unavailable third-party source.
Questions and changes
BuildSignal may update these terms when the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Questions can be submitted through the territory-test form by beginning the project-criteria field with “Terms question.”
